Pure logic “Pure logic is the ruin of the spirit.” -Antoine de Saint-Exupery Though I’m certain Peter may disagree.

He may, but I’ll agree vehemently!
Why would you think I would disagree with that? There are certain tasks and endeavors for which logic is a good tool. Spirituality isn’t really one of them.
Also, it’s silly to say that you’re CERTAIN that I MAY disagree. In most cases, there’s no difference between “X may be the case” and “It is the case that X may be the case.”
Do I contradict myself? Very well, then, I contradict myself. (I am large, I contain multitudes.)
Upon later reflection, I also noticed the poor use of ‘certain’ and ‘may’. I made the initial comment based on my observation (perhaps incorrect) that you are an exceptionally rational person, and I, equating reason and logic, presumed that you’d e the one to find the spirit (if one exists) in reason rather than in some extra-rational realm.
I’m also a writer of words, but this only increases my appreciation of music.
There are many paths to the Path.
