The monster in my head
So I have an unhealthy relationship to food. In particular, my brain thinks that food will comfort it in times of stress or latent anxiety. Apparently, I've had a lot of latent anxiety this week. I think I'll turn to alcohol instead. Wait. That's not any better, is it. :
